  • core workshops

    There are 2 core workshops: ‘How am I’ sessions - allow you to stop and connect with how you are truly feeling. This can be expressed through a simple guided, creative activity.

    ‘Self-care’ sessions - choose from a range of self-care activities; relax, interact or practise ‘mindfulness’.

    Listeners are available to talk to privately at attendee’s discrection throughout all sessions (subject to availability). Community centres run ‘all-in’ sessions for adults (18+), with additional group specific sessions based on community need i.e.:

  • themed workshops

    A short talk will be given in relation to the theme, in the form of a ‘therapists reflection’ on how to address the topic in simple, effective and healthy ways. We aim to address stigmas and create an atmosphere for open and honest reflection. A creative and engaging activity will help attendee’s to practically address the topics covered, through ‘soft’ and simple therapeutic techniques.

    Our ‘ask for support box’ available in session will influence themed weeks based on our regular attendees needs. This is our system of allowing the community to share whats impacting them personally, so our therapeutic team can tailor sessions accordingly
